We went out to Washugal River Tree Farm. Any size, any tree was $45. I think this is the best deal out there! I had all the intention of finding that 9 ft. tree... But when we got there, it was too windy and too cold to venture out into the field. We just grabbed the best Noble Fir that was already cut and came home within 10 minutes of arriving at the farm. No pictures taken, no standing by the prized tree... We did manage to get a hot cocoa! It was one of the smallest tree we have ever picked out but it's okay. ENK took his chain saw but we were not in the mood to go hiking into the woods. The house is finally decorated today! It was a productive Sunday indeed.

Enk is consolidating his current dental office with another bigger dental office 2 miles away. This means, that we need to send out massive letters to patients letting them know that we are moving as well as letting the patients know their dentist is retiring.... We volunteered to help the retiring dentist with the tedious task of stuffing and getting letters ready to be shipped out. This is not our first rodeo... we've bought and sold dental practices more than four times?
Lindsey's homemade past has been so delicious, we asked her to make it again! Alli enjoying her La Croix!
Randy came to ENK this morning to borrow dad's shaver. ENK reluctantly gave in.. "son, you need to shave for the rest of your life... are you sure you want to start?" Randy said yes. We also went to JC Penny for his first suit. His banquet date is next Sunday... It was very simple. I knew exactly his size and got him his pants in two tries! Looking good Randy!
Purchased this baby for $7,200. Yup... His convertible for this summer! ENK loves his cars. He likes the feel and the power of driving a car. I am very content and happy with my car as long as I don't crash it or it doesn't break down. I think it looks like his original MR2, 2 Miatas he's own, his 2 Z's he's owned in two different color and of course, his last purchase the s2000 from last summer. He likes this shape I think. He said that this has the most power out of all of them... He purchased this fun poor man's porsche because our two collegiate daughters need cars this summer... By next summer, we'll have five drivers! Can you believe that?
RIP: This car blew up on Glen Jackson Bridge soon after he drove it the summer of 2016. RIP sweet little Boxter.
This week, we are catering for UPS for the entire week. Hard and long hours... I'm pooped by the end of the day. We are thankful though that they call on us to cater all their management training sessions four times a year!
Early morning, I was stuck behind a train of UPS trucks leaving their base...
This is an incredible picture of a church standing in the rubbles in the Phillippines. Our good friend Dr. Ken Pak will be leaving for a mission trip tomorrow. This will be the town, this will be the church he will be visiting in the poorest of town. Our church raised $2,000 in support of the victims in Tacloban region... how you ask? Making kimchi! They announced this project weeks ago, way before the storm, way before anyone had any thoughts about Tacloban. They wanted to donate it to a good cause... In comes the storm, in comes information about Dr. Ken leaving, in comes the amount needed for a water filteration system that matched up with the amount made and donated by church Dorcus... Check was made out today to AMEN: Adventist Evangelism Ministry Network! God provides the details of everything... Check will be given to Ken tonight. May God bless this team of 20 plus who will be going to the Phillippines tomorrow!
